Whilst you were collecting materials you probably noticed there are lots of interesting places to be found.

At the beach you might find rock pools, caves, cliffs, expanses of sand, big boulders or dunes.

In the woods you might find a really old tree or a fallen one, a stream or hidden hollow.

If you are at the park or in the garden you might find a tree to sit under or a wide bit of grass in the sun.

Land Art is not just about making something with the natural materials you've found but about the places that you found them in.




So now pick one of the places that caught your eye, because it was pretty or interesting, and sit down to make your sculpture there.
